Live in your clinic within 72 hours

End the waiting room chaos.

QLive replaces paper tokens, shouted names and a crowded corridor with a silent digital queue — live displays, a one-click reception desk, and automated WhatsApp alerts that let patients wait anywhere but your lobby.

  • One-time setup from ₹12,999
  • No per-patient fees
  • Works on the screens you already own
  • Patient data stays in your control
  • Deployed in 72 hours
  • No app for patients to install
  • Staff trained in one sitting
The front desk problem

Your clinic isn't slow. Your queue is.

Most delays patients complain about aren't clinical — they're informational. Nobody knows where they stand, so everybody asks the receptionist. QLive removes the question entirely.

A typical morning today

  • Paper tokens get lost, swapped or argued over
  • Names shouted across a full waiting room
  • "How long more, sister?" — forty times a day
  • Patients crowd the corridor so they don't miss their turn
  • No record of how long anything actually took

The same morning on QLive

  • Every patient gets a digital token at check-in
  • The display calls the number — nobody raises their voice
  • WhatsApp tells them when they're three spots away
  • The lobby empties; people return exactly on time
  • Every consult is timed, logged and charted
The architecture

Four moving parts. One synchronised system.

Each piece works on hardware you already have — a TV, the reception computer, and the phone in every patient's pocket.

Live waiting-room displays

Cast the current token to any TV or monitor over your local network. Patients track their exact position without asking a soul — and the room goes quiet on day one.

Automated WhatsApp sync

A confirmation on check-in, then a nudge when they're three spots away. Patients can step out for chai, run an errand, or wait in the car — and still never miss their turn.

The one-click desk

Your receptionist gets two buttons: Add patient and Call next. That's the entire workflow. No training manual, no shortcut keys, nothing to memorise.

Clinical analytics

Stop guessing at staffing. See patient volume by day, your true peak hours, average consult duration and how wait times are trending week over week. Pro & Premium.

Patient side

Nothing to download. Nothing to log into.

Patients type their phone number — or tap the link in their WhatsApp confirmation — and get a live page showing their token, the number being served, and a realistic wait estimate. It works on any phone, on any browser, on a 2G connection.

Simulate your clinic

Run your own waiting room. Twice.

Set your numbers below and this runs a genuine queue simulation of a full clinic day — the same arrivals and the same doctors, once on paper tokens and once on QLive, side by side. Nothing here is a canned animation.

  • Paper tokens
  • QLive

Arrivals follow a real evening-peak curve; consultations vary the way they do in practice. Both clinics get the identical day.

Running the same day twice — identical arrivals, identical doctors.

Note that the average wait barely moves. QLive doesn't make your doctors faster and we won't pretend it does. What it changes is how many of those minutes are spent sitting in your corridor, and how many times your receptionist gets asked about it.
A morning on QLive

Follow one patient through your clinic.

Rekha arrives at 10:04am with a follow-up appointment. Here's every moment the system touches her visit — and every moment your receptionist doesn't have to.

10:04 AM

She checks in

Your receptionist types a name and a mobile number. Token #45 is generated, the display updates, and a WhatsApp confirmation lands on Rekha's phone before she's turned away from the counter.

10:11 AM

She leaves the waiting room

Because she can see the queue on her own phone, she doesn't need to guard a chair for half an hour. She runs an errand. That's one less body in your corridor — and it compounds across every patient in the queue.

10:26 AM

The system calls her back

Three tokens out, QLive messages her automatically. This is the moment that does the real work: it's what makes leaving the waiting room safe, and it's why the lobby empties without anybody no-showing.

10:35 AM

Her number comes up

Reception presses Call next once. The waiting-room screen changes, a final WhatsApp goes out, and Rekha walks into Room 2 — because she was already back and watching the display.

10:42 AM

It all gets written down

Check-in time, call time, consult duration. Nobody typed any of it. By Friday it's a chart telling you which hours actually need a second person on the desk. Pro & Premium.

Transparent investment

One-time setup. No per-patient billing.

You buy the system once. ₹2,000 a month keeps it hosted, updated and supported — whether you see 30 patients a day or 300.

Questions, answered

The things clinics ask us first

No. Patients get a WhatsApp message and a plain web link. It opens in whatever browser their phone already has — no install, no account, no password. Patients who don't use WhatsApp can still look up their token by typing their phone number at the counter screen, and the waiting-room display always shows the current number.

In most clinics, nothing. You need a screen in the waiting area — any TV or monitor with a browser, a cheap streaming stick, or an old laptop will do — and the computer or tablet your reception already uses. We check all of this on the hardware call before installation so there are no surprises on day three.

Yes — it's what keeps the system running rather than just installed. It covers hosting, the WhatsApp messaging pipeline, software updates, backups and support on WhatsApp. There is no per-patient or per-message charge on top, so your bill doesn't rise when your clinic gets busier.

QLive Basic runs on your local network, so the desk dashboard and the waiting-room display keep working through an internet outage — only the WhatsApp alerts pause and resume once you're back online. Pro and Premium are cloud-hosted for remote access and analytics; we'll walk through your specific connectivity on the discovery call and recommend the right tier.

Yes. Clinics regularly start on Basic and move to Pro once they want the analytics, or to Premium when they add doctors and departments. Talk to us on WhatsApp before you buy and we'll tell you honestly which tier fits your current volume — upgrading later is a conversation, not a rebuild.

Ready when you are
