About QLive

We build for the front desk.

QLive is a queue and operations system for Indian clinics, built in Lucknow. We're not trying to replace your practice management software or digitise your records. We do one narrow, unglamorous thing — move patients through your clinic in the right order, with everybody informed — and we try to do it better than anyone.

The problem we kept seeing

Walk into most busy clinics in this country at 6pm and you'll find the same scene: a full waiting room, a paper token pad, and one receptionist being asked "how long more?" every ninety seconds.

None of that is a medical problem. The doctor is working at the same speed either way. What's broken is information — nobody in the room knows where they stand, so they all direct that uncertainty at the one person who can't do anything about it.

Software has existed for this for years. It mostly doesn't get used, for two reasons: it's built for hospitals with IT departments, and it asks the receptionist to learn a system on top of the job they're already drowning in. So the pad comes back out by the second week.

QLive is our answer to that. Two buttons at the desk. A screen on the wall. A WhatsApp message the patient was always going to read anyway.

What we believe

  • Adoption beats features. A system your staff quietly stop using has zero value, however capable it is.
  • Patients shouldn't have to install anything. The distribution channel already exists and it's called WhatsApp.
  • Pricing shouldn't punish a busy day. Charge per patient and clinics turn the system off exactly when it matters most.
  • Say no to the wrong sale. If Basic is enough for your clinic, we'd rather tell you that than sell you Premium.
How we work

Deploy, train, stay reachable

We're a small operation, and we treat that as an advantage. Every deployment is done by the people who built the system.

We sell on WhatsApp

No forms that go nowhere, no call centre. Message the number on this site and you're talking to someone who can answer technical questions properly.

72 hours, start to live

Discovery call, configuration and hardware check, then installation and training. We install alongside your existing process and switch over between sessions, so no session is lost.

The relationship continues

₹2,000 a month keeps your system hosted, updated and supported. When your clinic changes, we reconfigure it — that's what the maintenance is for.

Arham Ashraf

Founder & CEO

QLive is founded and led by Arham Ashraf, based in Lucknow. If you book a demo, there's a good chance it's him on the other end of the call — which is deliberate. The person selling you the system should be someone who can also explain exactly how it works.

Where we operate

Lucknow-built, deploying across India

We're headquartered in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Basic deployments involve on-site installation; Pro and Premium are cloud-hosted, which makes remote setup practical for clinics further afield.

If you're outside our usual radius, message us anyway — we'll be straight with you about whether we can support your clinic properly rather than taking the deployment and hoping.
