Operational sandbox

Run the system before you buy it.

Three live environments, already loaded with sample patients. Add someone to the queue, call the next token, and watch the display and the analytics respond. Nothing you do here affects anything real.

No login needed Open any sandbox and start using it. Each tier has three screens — the reception desk, the waiting-room display and the patient's phone view — and they all update each other live.

Five minutes well spent

What to actually try in there

Most people click around for thirty seconds and close the tab. Here's the short list that tells you whether QLive would work at your desk.

  1. Add three patients in a row

Time yourself. This is the action your receptionist repeats a hundred times a day, so it's the one that decides whether the system survives contact with a real morning.

  2. Open the display view on a second tab

Put the desk on one screen and the waiting-room display on another, then press Call next. The display should change before you've moved your hand off the mouse.

  3. Look up a token by phone number

This is the patient's experience. Ask yourself whether the oldest, least technical patient in your waiting room could follow it.

  4. Open the analytics tab (Pro & Premium)

Check whether the numbers on offer are ones you'd genuinely act on — staffing, session length, which day is heaviest. If they aren't, Basic is probably the honest answer for your clinic.

  5. Try to break the queue (Premium)

Push an emergency case to the front, skip a no-show, pause the queue mid-session. This is where Premium earns its price over Pro.

A sandbox tells you what the software does. A fifteen-minute call tells you what it would do in your clinic — with your patient volume, your doctors and your reception setup.

What a demo call covers

  • Your current front-desk process, walked through honestly
  • A live screen-share of the tier that fits your volume
  • A hardware check — what you have, what you'd need
  • A straight answer on cost and deployment date

Typically 15 minutes. No slide deck.
