Yes. The setup fee covers configuration, installation, hardware setup at your clinic and staff training. You pay it once when the system goes live. After that the only recurring cost is ₹2,000 a month.
Hosting and the WhatsApp messaging pipeline, software updates and fixes, backups, and support on WhatsApp. It's the same ₹2,000 on all three plans, and it doesn't change with your patient volume.
No. Whether you see 30 patients or 300 in a day, the cost is identical. We priced it this way deliberately — a system that gets more expensive the busier you are is a system clinics stop using on their busiest days.
Usually not. QLive runs on the reception computer or tablet you already use, and on any TV or monitor that can open a web page. If your waiting area has no screen at all, we'll tell you what to buy before you commit — it isn't bundled into our price, so you're free to source it yourself.
Yes, and clinics do it often — usually once they want the analytics or a second reception counter. Message us and we'll quote the difference and schedule the migration. Your existing queue setup and message templates carry over.
